A little while ago I posted a card that featured some dry embossing over the background. The above card uses the same technique with different stamps. I asked you to solve the mystery of how The embossing was achieved using Stampin' Up product. Congratulations to Anamaria for figuring it out. Your prize will be featured in my next post.
Basically the shapes are punched out of remnant cardstock. These are placed under the card front and placed over a light source. The shapes then become visible and by tracing around them using a stylus a raised image appears.
Ususally a light box is used to make the shapes visible, but you can do it against a window on a bright day to achieve the same results.
